Annual Planning:

  • Prepare annual plans in accordance with set goals to align with the strategic objectives of Reliance Industries Limited.

System Customization and Development:

  • Customize and develop systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the supply chain.

Sales Planning:

  • Plan for achieving deemed export sales in accordance with the Annual Plan.
  • Develop month-wise and grade-wise regional plans to ensure targeted sales performance.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor region-wise performance in line with set targets to ensure alignment with Reliance Industries’ objectives.
  • Develop day-wise material movement plans based on the monthly sales plan.
  • Monitor grade allocation to all regions based on the sales plan.

Policy and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with deemed export policies and procedures.
  • Handle statutory compliance related to deemed exports.
  • Provide policy inputs on operating and enhancing financial limits.
  • Manage operating limit enhancements.

System Interaction:

  • Interact with SAP for new developments and changes to support supply chain operations.
  • Manage freight systems to optimize logistics operations.

Customer Support:

  • Facilitate the settlement of customer claims with business groups.
  • Provide excellent customer care through a dedicated help desk.

Education Requirements:

  • B.E. / B. Tech in Chemical, Polymer, Textile, or Mechanical Engineering, or B. Com.
  • MBA, CA, or Postgraduate degree in Economics with formal education in Supply Chain Management.

Experience Requirements:

  • 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations within the petrochemicals industry.

Skills and Competencies:

Core Domain Competencies:

  • In-depth product knowledge and understanding of end-use sectors within the petrochemicals industry.

Role-specific Competencies:

  • Expertise in domestic and export logistics.
  • Knowledge of indirect taxes.
  • Proficiency in IT and software for usage, including APO for optimization and scheduling.
