Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sampling of Raw Materials and Excipients:
- Perform sampling of raw materials and excipients following standard operating procedures.
- Inspection Checklist:
- Ensure the sampling inspection checklist is completed for every material prior to sampling.
- Material Receipt Report (MRR) and Analytical Report Numbers:
- Generate and ensure the accuracy of MRR copies and analytical report numbers for sampled materials.
- Sampling Area Cleanliness:
- Maintain cleanliness in the sampling area at all times.
- Cleaning Status of Sampling Tools:
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper status of all sampling tools.
- Temperature and Humidity Records:
- Update temperature and humidity records online in the sampling area.
- Laminar Air Flow (LAF) Conditions:
- Ensure the LAF working conditions are maintained in the sampling area.
- Sample Quantities:
- Ensure adequate sample quantities are available for analysis and control sample management.
- ERP Activities:
- Complete all ERP-related activities following the sampling of each material.
- Log Book Entries:
- Ensure timely and accurate log book entries are made online in the sampling area.
- Compliance:
- Maintain compliance in all day-to-day activities.
- Safety Precautions and Gowning Procedure:
- Follow all safety precautions and gowning procedures during the sampling of materials.
