We are seeking dynamic candidates for the positions of Jr Executive to Sr Executive in our Quality Assurance (IPQA & QMS) department. Here are the details.
Position Details:
- Designation: Jr Executive to Sr Executive
- Department: Quality Assurance (IPQA & QMS)
- Number of Vacancies: 25 (QMS: 10, IPQA: 15)
- Qualification: M. Pharmacy, B. Pharmacy, M. Sc, or B. Sc (Life Sciences)
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
- Budget: ₹2.2 to ₹5.4 lakh per annum
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management System (QMS):
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System within our Probiotics or Non-Aseptic manufacturing facility.
- Ensure all processes, procedures, and documentation comply with relevant regulatory standards such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Change Controls, Deviations, and Incidents:
- Manage change controls, deviations, and incidents by collaborating with stakeholders.
- Ensure proper closure upon execution.
Production Monitoring:
- Conduct plant rounds to monitor production operations and confirm quality conformance to specifications.
Documentation Checks:
- Check documents like equipment logbooks and temperature & humidity records.
Sample Collection:
- Collect in-process and finished samples as per specifications and protocols.
Supervision of Sampling and Dispensing:
- Supervise Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) sampling and dispensing procedures.
Production Area Clearance:
- Perform machine line clearance in the production area.
