We are currently seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as Research Scientists. This role is pivotal in driving our research and development initiatives, enabling us to maintain our competitive edge and continue delivering innovative solutions to the market.
Job Responsibilities
As a Research Scientist at RIL, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the completion of experiments and generating accurate, reproducible data.
- Developing relevant models and validating them.
- Supervising and executing laboratory/pilot plant experiments, including sample preparation and characterization.
- Organizing facilities for experiments, including chemicals, equipment, and analytical methods.
- Participating in pilot plant operations/studies and using results for model development.
- Supporting plant operations.
- Collecting data and conducting relevant analyses.
- Uploading reports on the portal.
- Preparing internal technical reports.
Qualifications
- Education Requirement: Ph.D. in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with specialization in a relevant research area.
- Experience Requirement: Minimum of 2-3 years of research experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Conducting literature surveys in the area of research and compiling information for dissemination and critical analysis.
- Developing work methods and preparing SOPs for experiments, including designing and planning experiments.
- Preparing and using simulation models.
- Studying technology offers and process engineering documents.
- Performing process engineering design activities using relevant tools.
- Familiarity with applicable guidelines, codes, standards, and legislation relevant to the field of research.
